This was the 6th year participating in the Sprague Library Astronomy outreach event for the Astronomical Society of New Haven. Having dryer conditions on the field than most years, the weather cooperated for once offering nice views of the moon, and many brighter astro objects for about 70 people at Sayles School. Kids of all ages marveled at looking at the almost full “Hunter Moon”, the Ring Nebula, Comet Garradd, and numerous other objects. It was another successful year for the Sprague Library, and the bustling little village of Sprague, Connecticut.
