Hartford police identified the man who was killed on Friday March 13th at the Connecticut Science Center as 21 year old Chad O’Brien of Coventry, Connecticut.  O’Brien was working on the 5th floor of the Science Center on an air conditioning and heating system at the time of his injury. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident.
