(5-6-16) On my way to work this morning I spotted this rainbow at 5:40am as a storm front started to move into the area. This very vibrant colorful arc was over Hartford as I was driving through Glastonbury. I had to pull over in east Hartford to make sure I got a picture of this one! I also got it on TV by 6:15am!
