A wonderful clear and cool evening were the perfect recipe to get a shot at the four planet conjuction in the west-south-west.
Finding a high location in East Hampton was the key in getting all the planets. Take a look!
From left to right are Jupiter at the top at -2.2 magnitiude, the moon, then Venus at -4.3 magnitude, and finally Mercury at the bottom at -1.2 Magnitude. It was hard to see, so I put it at the top of one of the monuments in the cemetery I was shooting from. See it?
