For astrophotograpers this has been the best opportunity to get some great shots as it makes it's way to the sun. Here is an image I got last night of the comet. Comet Lovejoy now visible to the naked eye. Yes, here in Connecticut!
Comet Lovejoy, C/2014 Q2, is now putting on a great show for skywatchers! Yes, even in Connecticut . It's at 4th magnitude and not expected to get much brighter but still a neat object to find in the winter sky. Hartford 2nd alarm ends 2014
A mid morning 2nd alarm fire at 1113-1115 Albany Ave. gave a year end present to area fire photographers and photojournalists. That is, if you only got there in the first 10 minutes.
