Frog rock creature in Eastford, Connecticut
I have added yet another Connecticut Rock Creature to my growing list here on CtCameraEye! Historic trees in Connecticut severely damaged by October storm
The October storm which left over 800,000 people without power for over a week throughout Connecticut also severely two historic trees. I was on my way down to New Haven this morning when I encountered dense fog as I reached the city. When I reached my assignment location shortly after 7am, I was surprised to see the sun peaking above the buildings of Yale University. Connecticut National Guard now clearing roads
The Connecticut National Guard has been called out to remove debris from all impassible roadways in the hardest hit areas of the state. Towns such as Avon, Simsbury, Farmington, and others have the National Guard moving in with huge machinery to clear the roads so emergency personnel can have acces to the homes, on this, day six after the storm.
