Seagull #254
I have seen ID tags on swans, ducks, even pigons. I have never saw one on a seagull before. This was was in New Haven right in the middle of the blizzard we were having for the past 24 hours. Meriden’s Hubbard Park Festival of Silver Lights 2010
Taking a short trip down I-91 to Meriden's Hubbard Park this year to see the "Festival of Silver Lights" was my best Christmas gift I could give myself this year. Iridium Flare and the Moon
It's 20 degrees outside with a perfectly clear sky with a nice setting moon in the west. A perfect night to do some cold climate astrophotography. Spy satellite returns home
The US Air Force secret unmanned space shuttle X-37B landed Friday concluding it's 220 day experimental test mission. The X-37B Orbital test vehile was built by Boeing Co's advanced research lab, Phamtom works. It is 29 feet long with a wing span of 15 feet.
