Rare Rocket Launch contrails visable tonight
This rare launch of the Air Force Research LabTacSat-3 satellite on an Air Force Minotaur 1 rocket from Wallops Island, Virginia had rocket enthusiasts up and down the east coast waiting to see if they could see any sign of it. State lawmakers want to cut funding to Ct. Science Center
It seemed like all of the pieces were coming together at the new Connecticut Science Center for it's opening in June when state law makers developed a monetary black hole. Governor Rell wants to cut a $1.2 million dollar appropriation to the Science Center by sucking away 83% of it, reducing it to $237,500.
