A rapid rise in temperatures and a heavy rainfall have uncovered many items lost in the previous two months record snowfalls.
Mailboxes, snowshovels, and newspapers dating back to January are slowly being uncovered for their owners to recover them.
One object almost made me drive my car into a ditch after viewing a glimpse of it through a cloud of heavy fog. Located on Lake Road in East Hampton, Connecticut, this creature looked like it was looking for it’s next meal from Lake Pocotopaug. Rising from the ground approximately 5 feet, this brown, wooden like monster appeared out of a snow bank. By the look of it, it was wearing the remenants of a blow-up Santa Claus which it probably devoured before being covered in snow.
If you want to catch a glimpse of it yourself, you had better hurry before it makes it’s way to the lake and dissapears for who knows how long.
