With all of the rain over the past several days it was a welcome sight for all to see the sun actually come out today. For many parts of the state it was the the first time to assess some of the damge that up to 10 inches of rain caused. The worst of the damage seems to be in the southeastern part of the state near Rhode Island.
Here are some pictures I captured on March 31st in Pawcatuck, Ct. Below Governor Rell cheecks out the Pawcatuck River and bridge, which separates Pawcatuck, Connecticut from Westerly, Rhode Island.
